Yaşam Park Apart Hotel - Fethiye Calis Beach

It was clean and fairly comfortable.

It was at times very noisy at night next to another apartment in the roof as very thin divider between units. Would have loved perhaps a toaster as well there is a hot plate and microwave and no oven.

The apartment itself was lovely, nicely equipped. It had a good view of the pool.

It was farther away from Fethiye than we expected. There is a mini bus but if you don't know the route this apartment is better for people who have a car. The address for arrival was misleading. The sign is on 1036 or 1030 Sokak.

Tolga is very friendly and supportive manager, always ready to help and give guidance, quiet neighborhood, a place you want to come back to. That was our second and not last stay.

All was OK

The best thing about Yasam Park is, first and foremost, Tolga, the customer relations manager, who speaks good English and went above and beyond his job description to make our stay enjoyable, from resolving any issues we had as quickly as possible, to helping us navigate public transport, to finding the best things to do in Fethiye, to assisting us when we needed to ask something in Turkish and much more. The apartments are quite spacious and very well equipped. The management have paid great attention to detail with a good range of kitchenware, good quality pots and pans (including non-stick and stainless steel), dish rack, laundry drying rack, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. There was not anything we needed that was not already in the apartment. They even provided toilet paper, washing up liquid, a sponge, cloth and dishwasher tablets, unlike many other self catering apartments which expect you to provide these kinds of items. The beds are firm but comfortable and there is plenty of storage. Wifi is also fast, reliable and easy to use. We did not use the pool but we saw it was well maintained during our stay. There were also plenty of sunbeds / loungers, as well as umbrellas and tables to chill around the pool. The location is also brilliant with a friendly, high quality supermarket that stocks a lot of organic products and has its own butcher, fishmonger and bakery counter just a few minutes walk away. The beach is just a 7 minute walk with plenty of attractive places to eat and the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk with buses going straight into town for only 50p each way.

There was very little to complain about save a few things outside of the management's control. On a couple of days there were people working nearby which made those particular days quite noisy. Some may also dislike the cats that live on the property but that was a bonus for me. Cats and dogs wandering around the streets is a common sight all over Fethiye and it seemed more a testament to the kindness of the people that they all seem healthy and cared for. We were even lucky enough to be there when one cat had kittens and we got to see them grow. There were not many English channels on the TV - but we were here to enjoy the sun, sea and sand - not be indoors glued to the TV!

Everything. Tolga at reception checked with us about 24 hours before our arrival time. We couldn't quite make it but he told us that reception is not available in late evening but just give 20 mins notice. We have that and he was ready to check us in and show the apartment. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Very spacious with view to the pool, Comfortable beds etc. It is just a few min walk to beach and super market. There was also a cat and new born kitten which my kids wanted to visit and staff and other tenants took care. Also, even though it was an apartment complex, it was pretty quiet.

Very spacious everything you could need in a self catering apartment staff amazing will definitely be back in the future location 8min walk to everything also a macro store 200metres away and they sold everything in store

The adorable cats. Please continue to feed and care for them as we are telling UK Frieda to stay there to also enjoy them.

No soundproof walls and adjacent noisy neighbors could have been relocated into one of the many unoccupied apartments to create effective soundproofing and a more peaceful stay

good sized apartment for a family.

floor was dirty; our feets were black from walking just within our rooms and had to rinse before we go to the beds. as there were no cleaning tools in the apartment, we used wet wipes but it still could not remove the grime :((((
