Netjes en schoon Vriendelijke eigenaresse Skischoenen warmers in het halletje Verder alles aanwezig

dat er geen balkon of zitje buiten is, of een uitzicht op buiten. Dat is ook logisch als souterrain, maar wel handig om te weten.
