Čistota, ochotná paní majitelka, lokalita.

Ubytování je v centru, ale není přímo u hlavní silnice, takže je tam klid. Všechno je blízko, lanovka, obchod, restaurace. Apartmán je prostorný, předsíň, chodba, ložnice, kuchyň s obývákem a balkon. Příjemná paní domácí.

Bohužel nám příliš nevyšlo počasí. ☹️

Great location next to the Spar and a 5-10 min walk to the ski/apre-ski.

It is a bit older, but it did the job well and wasn’t uncomfortable or anything.

Kitchen appliances need to be replaced. 20-year old filter coffee machine makes warm coffee, not hot. - Old cups, glasses and cutlery has to be renewed. - No place to dry your gear. (apart from ski boots in heated cellar) - “Warm” lights have been replaced withh wrong LEDs which are white as at the dentist’s

The host was very friendly. The apartment is clean and quiet. Several nice restaurants are nearby, as well as a supermarket.

I was expecting to have at least shower gel or soap but there was nothing. So if you go there, take everything you need, including sugar and salt. Just for your information, in the pictures it looked bigger than it is. The Internet was not great.

excellently located for the ski slopes at Flachau and the ski hire and bakery were a stone’s throw away. comfortable apartment with plenty space for spreading out and with decent enough wi-if except when the weather closed in. A warm welcome from our host and I am sure we will return.
