Posizione ottima, praticamente nella piazza centrale di Foligno. Appartamento moderno, comodo e pulito. Ascensore funzionante alla perfezione.

L'appartamento un po' spoglio, servirebbero cose per aumentare l'efficienza come appendini per bagno o altro piano d'appoggio. Soprattutto manca una macchina del caffè. Spesso sentivamo rumori forti o parlare ad alta voce fino a tardi per via di un ritrovo sotto al palazzo di alcuni extra comunitari.
