The room was very spacious and clean, and the terrace was amazing.

It's a really small thing but I was a little scared to climb the stairs.

The holiday was over too soon.

I love everything about the accommodation, it is clean, parts re-decorated since last visit. The owners take on board any suggestions, such as problems with the coffee machine and put it right straight away. You see little of the owners as they both have very busy lives and they are really lovely and will do that little extra if appropriate to make your stay a lovely one.

The only problem which has happened twice out of our 3 stays is the code for the key safe, which reaches us very late and has meant that we have had to contact Alex for the code which he has supplied quickly and so we have managed to get access. Booking.dotcom can you sort this out your end and keep it to the email only. This year you changed to the app which is not always available when needed.

Great welcome from Nadine who met us at the door when we arrived. Also 3 Herforder Pils in the fridge with a bottle of mineral water. Both Alexander und Nadine were very accommodating and helpful. Since the last time we had visited they had improved the kitchen sink unit. Also when they found out it was my wife's birthday they helped with the decoration. A really lovely and missing being able to book it next summer.

Very friendly hosts. Beautiful location, very rural with lovely views. Fully equipped kitchen , even with a dishwasher ! Glasses, cutlery, pans etc all available. Some beers and a bottle of sparkling water in the fridge, all complimentary. Very clean. Nice balcony to sit outside in the sunshine . Spacious. Amazing walks and cycling tracks surround this place. Also, from our bedroom you could see chickens, sheep and horses from the nearby property.

Booking.com states there is a washing machine. There isn't one. I didn't expect one, but booking.com needs to delete this off their website.

The area was great for walking and cycling. Perfect for visiting family and friends.
