Resort Style Apt/Home in Houston Medical Centre

The apartment layout was spacious enough for me and my family. It was well equipped with everything that was needed to make me feel at home. Parking was easy, and the location was exceptional.

I did not like that I encountered a few bugs in the apartment. There was a huge cockroach and a couple of other bugs I came across. Also, there were some markings on the wall in the dining area in the kitchen.

The location was good

It was very run down, with broken chairs and bare bulbs in the dining area. Not sufficiently clean. There were no amenities…not even hand soap. I don’t expect shampoo, etc., at this type of facility but things like soap and coffee are not expensive and nice to provide to the guests…And would have saved me a trip to the store. I left the hand soap behind so hopefully whoever came after me could at least wash their hands. Oh also I never could find the Wi-Fi network, so be aware in case you’re needing Wi-Fi connection.

The location of the property and the space was great.

There were some plumbing issues in the guest bathroom and the kitchen. We were nervous about washing our hands in the kitchen and the water pressure for the shower was low. There were no hand soap or paper towels when we arrived and we had to inquire. The towels were not out and folded but was in the dryer.

The Host was vey helpful ,kind and compassionate

The apartment was very nice, comfy, cozy. The location was great. The kids had lots of fun in the pool. Liked that it had a parking garage.

Everything was nice.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Has safe parking and location. Pool was nice.

Check in and check out was not good. Received late code to check in, was not able to check in at 4pm, which is the check in time. Check out instructions were confusing, they accused me of losing keys. The staff don't respond promptly to messages in their guest portal.
