Great location with parking. Parking is a big plus in Brasov. Beds really comfortable. AC worked well. Rooms amazingly quiet. Rooms were spacious in historic building. Kitchen fully equipped.

Place was comfortable but for rooms felt very dark, cave-like and claustrophobic as there is no view from the apartment. This wasn't a big issue for us as we really just slept there. Entry is through a driveway off a very busy road. Courtyard for building is rundown and needs upkeep and cleaning. This is probably typical for the area though as renovating historic buildings in Romania comes with lots of red tape from Bucharest, we learned.

Excellent location, in the middle of Brasov historic centre (kind of medieval climate), a few steps from the old square. Very spacious apartment on the ground floor in an old building, very well renovated and stylish retro decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and even a complete set of spices). Bathroom with shower, modern, chic. Washing machine in the utility room. Spacious living room with a huge wardrobe, beautiful sofa (which can become a very comfortable bed), beautiful armchairs. The bedroom is large, spacious, very welcoming, quiet, with a particular arched architecture, beautiful, medieval I would say, bright, very comfortable mattresses. In the internal courtyard there is a dedicated parking space. We communicated via WhatsApp with the host, her way of speaking, the communicating with us was outstanding. Very clear instructions for the house and parking. The guide with places to visit, restaurants, bars, shopping and much more was also much appreciated. Everything fits perfectly. Amazing! Location, location, location. It is in the medieval city center, on a busy street but in a quiet yard, 100 meters from the central square. Parking is in the yard (for 4,4 m long car without problems). The apartment itself is on a ground floor, in an old building, very good renovated and decorated. It has all facilities and equipment we needed (and even more).

The location is the best possible in Brasov, a few steps from the old square. The hosts are very nice and gave us valuable advice on the various options for restaurants etc. Our stay in Brasov couldn't have been better!

it was perfect

The house was clean and comfortable, perfect for 3/4 people even if the sofa isn't so big. Position is excellent, just about 100 m from the old center/main square, but being in a internal court it's quiet enough (the main road is quite busy and Romanians love noisy exhausts). The parking inside the courtyard is a big plus, considering you're in the very old town. Instructions for house and parking were very complete and clear. We never met the owners/managers of the house but they were useful and thoughtful through messages via whatsapp.

If I have to find something, the house is inside a small courtyard, so it doesn't get much natural light, but it's actually a "non problem" considering that we used the house just to sleep.
