Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hanover Post Oak in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Guests are required to sign a reservation form or credit card charge slip prior to arrival to confirm their reservation. The property will send check-in instructions prior to arrival. Please note check-out is at 9:00. The latest check-out available is at 10:30, and this will incur an additional fee of USD 75. Late check-out must be arranged with property prior to arrival. Check-outs after 10:30 will be charged an additional night's rate. Please note this property does not accept cash. A valid credit card is required to make payment. Please note this property is 100% non-smoking. Please note additional guests beyond maximum room occupancy are not allowed. Guest will be asked to leave if there are more guests than allowed. Third-party reservations are not accepted without proper documentation as well as copies of the credit card and cardholder's ID. Managed by a private host
