Room 301 - Vacation STAY 86501

Facilities are good, you have to clean on your own but it's to be expected.i

The steps up to the apartment. Washing machine is heatpump, so it takes about 5hrs for 1 cycle until your clothes are dry. We sent our suitcases when we arrived because there were no receptionists on site but our suitcases arrived safely.

A disappointment - the place was cold when we arrived - also stairs to go up and drag the suitcases - not my taste at all - I expected more value for the money - also poor explanation how to get access to the key

Spacious and clean, near to garden and convenience stores

Could be a little hard to locate, not much cafes around as it's a residential area.

The room was bigger than expected. There were busses nearby, but you could also walk to the train/metro. A convinience store was nearby. We slept well on the big beds. The room was clean.

It would be nice if you could place your telephone somewhere while charging. (at the headboard)

Place is clean, neat and comfortable to stay with family. Location is superb where less.than 1min walk you can reach Aeon Max Value supermarket and pharmacy mart easily. Walking distance nearby is can do and sunny supermarket. Cheap and nice restaurant also within walking distance. We had lovely Japanese meal from matsuya, Sukiya. Coco ichibanya is also nearby. Hakata train station only 20min walking distance away. Location is super strategic. Can also reach Canal city Ramen stadium by walking. House come with washer and dryer however coin laundry and convinient stores are also within 5-10min walking distance. We had great time staying in this place. Owner is also very thoughtful and responsive. All necessary items for traveller are all equipped in the house. Kitchen cooking utensils and plates bowl are all well equipped. Cooking stove is amazingly good as well.. Futon beds are very comfortable we had nice sleep on them. Thanks owner!

The only comment is the unit we were in is at 3rd floor so we need to carry our hand luggage up the stairs. However we managed to do it as well.
