A casa tem boas condições, com todos os eletrodomésticos e com muito espaço. Os quartos são bons e tem vista sobre o mar. Tem lugar de garagem, o que é ótimo. O ambiente é calmo e agradável. Proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

A caldeira é pequena e quando várias pessoas tomam banho no mesmo horário, não há água quente para todos.
