Location and view

The flat was well equipped & very comfortable. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants, beach & mall within walking distance. Value for money. Highly recommend to stay there.

The third room with the bunk bed didn't have a window so no ventilation & was hot. May not be suitable for two adults. The parking spot was narrow & was inconvenient for a larger vehicle like ours.

The property was very conveniently located. It was about a 5min walk down to the natural pools, which my 3yr old daughter loved. It was also right next to a “well known” hotel, which made pickups for excursions really easy as the hotel was on their preset list of pick up locations. The property itself was private, and pretty well maintained. I also really appreciated the quick responses from the property managers prior to our booking date, and that they met us during off hours so we could pick up the keys.

My only real dislikes was the lack of air conditioning (which was manageable with the fans), and some of the floor boards and closet doors were REALLY loud (which is difficult when you have small children who you are trying to keep asleep).

Very spacious and well equipped

The apartment was amazing, we felt like home. Everything was great - equipped kitchen, parking spot, near supermarket, great sunset views, spacious living room, comfortable beds and perfectly clean. Thank you!

The location is great, in front of promenade, few minutes to Formosa beach, the access to the beach via tunnel was opened. The apartment is situated on the first high floor and has 2 balconies with street view ( small ocean view) and big terrace across two bedrooms with the high wall from neighbors. Three separate bedrooms, one of bedroom is very small and without a window. But we used the large sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished. All necessary equipment for heating and cooking meal. Big refrigerator. And José kindly suggested a bottle of good local wine and chocolate cookies:-). It wasn't necessary to buy salt, pepper, sugar. All goods were available in the apartment. And additionally we had the parking place right under the apartment free of charge:-). Many thanks to José for our wonderful vacation.

Only one issue for sensitive person: noisy neighbors per some nights. Maybe tourists.

Very good location, right at the sea, near the beach. Very friendly and helpful host, explained everything, what we needed. Very spacious appartment. Two big terraces/balconies. Clean and good equiped appartment. Private parking space.

Some equipment in the appartment needs already some maintenance, but considering also the reasonable price, it was nothing serious. (Suggestion: get the carpets and sofas cleaned) Our biggest problem - and that was also mentioned in some comments from other customers and I have to consider it also in my evaluation - is the noice from apartment above. The first evening was the worst. Loud conversations, barking dog, crying baby, singing on balcony etc. They got quiet after midnight. The next day, I talked to them and it was better. Only the barking dog remained, which was sometimes annoying. Problem is, that the dog comes to bark on the balcony and as this apartment is bellow surface, the barking noice is multiplied by the wall and especially in the night time it feels like the dog barks next to your bed.
