My Resort Beach Apartment

Eric meet us at the property and couldn’t do enough for us. Great value for money! Cleaning service and all bills included. Taxi transport also arranged for us regarding transfer from airport.

First off all Eric!! He is the best apartment owner I ever had. He is kind and very carring, he made sure we have every thing we need before we came, he also took care to our transport from bangkok and back. The location is perfect! Walking distance from the Cicada market and 7 minutes driving from the shopping malls. The apartment is great and like new. Have every thing you need.

The apartment was very clean and spacious good size bedrooms and balcony, nice views also. It had everything you need for a short or long stay, all my enquiry were answered immediately. The pools were great and many also childrens pool.

Everything was great , nothing to complain about.

First of all i would like to tell to Mr. Eric (owner)thank you so much for being kind and understanding, We from Russia and my family from the Philippines did really enjoy staying at this property My Resort, you have everything what you need in your holiday, near from the beach and attractions (like cascada market , tamarind market and Vana nava water park! Great pools, billiards fitness facilities and kid’s playground

If was really nice apartment

Eric is a really helpful host, he tried to help on all our needs. the apartment is nice and clean, everything works well and forniture looks quite new. A very good place for families, with large swimming pool with water games and different water levels. Extra points for the availability of swimming pool / sea games in the apartment. the sea in front of the condo is not so accessible, but if you can move with car,motorbike, etc.. is a perfect compromise

Not so much to say on the apartment, it would be nice to get free wifi in the common areas of the condo. Waste recycle process to be definitely improved, but it's a common issue in Thailand.. Disappointing to pay for maintanance people to unlock an internal door, even if it was out of standard working time, I believe someone from maintanance should be always available ( free of charge ).
