"Lovely stay and location!"

Owner was very responsive. Great location and great value! Unit was very comfortable and well appointed.

A bit noisy with bar next door. Would help to be able to close windows at night for better sound isolation and more peaceful sleep, but this is not possible without air conditioning in the unit. Recommend to bring ear plugs!

Laura is a great host and apartment is just great, well equiped with all you need for your stay, very clean and comfortable. We stayed a week in the apartment and enjoyed! Apartment is in the old part of the Funchal center. Very close to all bars, restaurants and fado’s. During our stay we had a small accident as we left the key inside the door in the apartment and got locked - Laura solved the problem quickly and when we back from a daily trip we could entrance the apartment again. The parking slot is very handy if you are renting the car. Thank you so much! Obrigado!

"Exceptional"

Gorgeous place at the heart of the old town of Funchal. We stayed there for four days in June. Didn't have a rental car and it was not necessary as everything can be reached on foot or with Taxi or Bolt. You can hear music from Fado restaurants nearby and also a parrot that whistles in the neighborhood. The best dining places and a Mercado are just 3 min from the apartment. Very nice place. Highly recommended!

- amazing and spacious apartment - well equipped and clean - two balconies with seaview - central location

- one outlet in one of the two bedrooms needs to be fixed - the doors to the balconies don’t work properly - some lights in the hallway are broken - the drain of the shower is almost blocked so the water can not run off properly

Perfect location in the old town, next to fantastic restaurants, small beach and a Fado bar. Despite a serious delay for our flight, the host was very accommodating and understanding

Just the beds need an upgrade
