"Beds were comfy, spotlessly clean in all areas, easy instructions"

It was easy and the communication was great and we were able to access it early

Kitchen cupboards were old and some of them smelt funny

"Great location but don’t arrive before scheduled check-in time."

This two bedroom apartment was perfectly situated, with all of the main attractions within comfortable walking distance. The kitchen was well appointed although not used, and the two double bedrooms (master en suite) were spacious, clean and comfortable. Free parking at the property saved me £25, which was a very pleasant addition.

Finding the property was not easy as we received the address and check-in instructions (also not straightforward) only an hour before our check-in time. This made things difficult as I had asked for early access to the car park so that we could head into Cardiff for lunch.

"I am very unhappy and left having to chase tht payment I made - for nothing"

My stay was cancelled by the prieprty on the day and I have as yet received no refund

My booking was cancelled by this property in the day we were due to stay, due to a leak making it not suitable for letting they said. I then had to book a more expensive accommodation as it was last minute and I have still not received a refund 5 days later. I chased for a couple of days and they said they wanted my bank details which I did not want to give and asked they refund through Booking.com. They agreed they would but that it might take a few days (why I don’t know) I have still not received any refund.

Proximity to the eateries, shopping, taxis and public transport

Rugs on floors were trip hazards with large creases in them and we couldn’t fix them as we were older

"Would definitely stay here again, great value and perfect for short stay close to the city centre"

Fantastic location, just over 10 min walk to centre. Great apartment with plenty of space and double room with en suite was excellent with very comfortable bed. Easy check in and very comprehensive instructions. Comes with parking space in secure car park.

Friend stayed in other double room and mattress wasn’t great.
