- Wrote to the messenger and got the Alipay transfer for “instant booking” after official booking here, added WeChat; - After that sent the location and stop responding for the any questions, ignored messages; - When arrived and got the room there was difference of posted photos of booking.com; - The room was too smelly and 1 AC was totally broken, second one was half powered and didn’t cool enough; - After showing the room she quickly disappeared and refused to change the room today but only tomorrow (before ignored twice the messages about showing the photo of the already booked room with received address after Alipay payment); - We stayed for 3 nights total and the next day nobody coming to change the room; - At the last morning two housekeepers opened the door and broke into the room while sleeping and screaming we should pay extra fee. But after they realized they made mistake there was no apologies just said “checkout before 12:00, no need fee”; - The place doesn’t have a good places nearby. Walk too far away, up to the mountain, just a couple of small convenience stores for all district. No good restaurants, only “shaokao” style. No beach nearby, only small piece around 2 km away. Food delivery is bad and too far from the location. No swimming pool included as at the picture. This pool is nearby from the different facility and have to pay 78 RMB for 1 person to come in.
