Although very basic the appt was clean

Very basic/dated for the cost

Everything is great. Location, number of rooms, cleanliness, and parking.

Location is ok but it is an old building under renovation, and obsolete

Cozy bright apartment. Quite well styled. Everything is clean, in good condition, nothing is broken. You can see the ocean from the window. Good location. There are a few restaraunts where you can eat just a couple of minutes walk

А сouple of plates were poorly washed, perhaps left from previous tenants

Good location, 10mins walk to Cascais central. Clean but basic.

Hard to find the apartment, very dated and photos don’t reflect the reality eg dining room chairs, soft furnishings are not the ones in the apartment and photos give an impression of a much brighter apartment

Location, location! Car parking. Good size comfortable beds, modern well fitted and out kitchen.

After checking in, we never heard from them again..despite me raise some maintenance and cleanliness issues with them, they even ignored a phone (WhatsApp) call from me. Not sure what would have happened if there had been a very serious problem 😬 There was no response or acknowledgement whatsoever! Problems with blind shutter, unsafe hinge on one large double glazed window! And the door lock on the kitchen balcony access is faulty, very hard to open, if at all. All easy things to fix, but let's down the place badly.
