Flat view Mercado

Perfect location right in the center of Funchal! Everything you could need, was at the property, oven, microwave, etc. The apartment was also very clean!

It could get a bit warm inside, but with opening the windows and the fan and small aircon, it was just doable. But we knee beforehand that this could be the case

Esperienza molto positiva, eravamo al centro di tutto, l'appartamento molto bello pulitissimo e con tutti i confort . Se un domani mi capitasse di ritornare a madeira verrei molto volentieri qua in questa casa.....Grazie di tutto Anna e family

L'unica cosa che è un po così 🙄 si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore

Central location. Excellent apartment with all needed.

A bit noisy because of reconstruction the road downstairs. In the evening music in the restaurant on the other side of the street. But we enjoyed music

Comfortable apartment in central Funchal. Great location for resturants, buses and shopping. Only 200m from the aerobus stop and 200m from the sea, and surrounding area is flat! Helpful and communicative host. Sufficiently equiped for a stay of several days with washing machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, overn & hob and microwave. Excellent WiFi and TV.

It was not a problem for me, but be aware that because of it's central location there is a fair amount of noise from traffic, people, and the bars/resturants opposite - it had usually quitened down by 11pm and the double glazing (when shut) reduced the noise significantly. Also be aware the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
