Bute yra viskas ko reikia. Butas gana erdvus. Lokacija puiki,iki pačio centro labai arti nueiti pėsčiomis. Yra parkavimo vieta automobiliui. Kiekviena kart grįžęs,žinai kad bus vieta.

Közel a központhoz, mégis csendes lakóépületben. Tiszta, modern, kényelmes apartman, jó franciaágy, hatalmas tolóajtós szekrénnyel. Szuper, hogy a ház alatt van a parkolási lehetőség. (Többszintes, részben publikus a parkolóház, melyben adott helyek lakásokhoz tartoznak, ezt a plafonhoz rögzített "privado" felirat jelöli. A garázs nagyon népszerű amúgy az elhelyezkedése miatt (illetve borzalmasan nehéz az utcán helyet találni), ezért a ki- és behajtáskor óvatosnak kell lenni, valaki mindig szerencsétlenkedett a felszínen.

Annyi elektromos dolgot kell manapság töltenie az embernek (telefon, laptop, elektromos cigi, fogkefe, charger), ehhez képest kevésnek találtuk a konnektorok számát, érdemes lenne ezért elektromos hosszabbítót biztosítani. A fürdőben a vízsugár egy kicsit gyengèbb a megszokottnál, de nem volt vele gond.

"Schönes Apartment mit Top Lage"

Top Lage, nicht weit zu Fuß in die Stadt. Sehr gut, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage inklusive ist. Sehr großes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche 😊
