FLH Relaxing Apartment in the Heart of Cascais

Very kind owner, the apartment was very cleand and comfortable and it has absolutely everything you might need! Great location as well!

The location and space was great and cozy. Direct Staff (Carla) was very helpful and communicated well. Also the space was clean once I received it. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances.

There was a lack of kitchen amenities like salt/pepper/oil which I had to go buy and would have been useful for the duration of the stay. There was no hand soap in the bathroom which would have been nice. Also upon arrival, I had to wait to check-in and have the unit cleaned because there were guests still staying in the apartment. It’s a little concerning that the property management was unaware of the situation, as I had to give my keys back promptly upon exiting. I was told I might receive a bit of a discount given this situation.

L'appartement est très bien dans l'ensemble, il convient parfaitement en couple, il dispose de tous les appareils électroménagers nécessaires. L'accueil par Filipa est professionnel et chaleureux ; Filipa de est très attentionnée et nous a conseillé des lieux typiques pour notre court séjour.

L'appartement est entouré de restaurants et commerces qui génèrent beaucoup de bruits depuis tôt le matin jusque tard dans la nuit : livraisons, nettoyages, éclats de voix des convives. Et malheureusement le double vitrage ne filtre pas tous ces bruits. Heureusement la chambre est située côté cour, ce qui atténue fortement les sons. On entend le voisin attenant prendre sa douche tous les matins à 7h30, probablement pour aller travailler. L'appartement n'est pas climatisé et par forte chaleur d'été je me demande comment supporter la canicule ?

Appartement propre, bien équipé, placé en centre ville et proche de la plage. Niveau bruit : on entendait un peu le bruit des bars de la rue parallèle mais ça passe si on n'est pas trop exigeant sur ça. José nous a super bien accueilli. Il y avait aussi des pass gratuit pour visiter les monuments et musées de Cascais. Je recommande vraiment

Excelente ubicación. José de la inmobiliaria fué amabilísimo e incluso nos recomendó restaurantes y dónde aparcar y nos regaló entradas para los museos. Estás en pleno centro turístico de Cascais. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

El anuncio ponía barbacoa, no la hay. Realmente es bastante pequeño, si sois más de dos personas el sofá cama es bastante incómodo y ocupa medio salón. No tiene aire acondicionado y, aunque abras ventanas, no corre el aire. Hay un ventilador. Al estar en una calle comercial, por la noche puede ser un poco ruidoso en la parte del salón. El baño es francamente pequeño, a duras penas cabe un adulto en la ducha. A los armarios y muebles del dormitorio rambién les faltaría renovarse. En resumen, nada grave pero mejorable.

El apartamento cuenta con lo esencial y su ubicación es excelente, todo está a un paso.

Sin embargo, la limpieza dejaba que desear; incluso tuvimos la visita de una cucaracha que no conseguimos eliminar. Además, no dispone de aire acondicionado, y nos coincidieron varios días de mucho calor, lo que hizo la estancia bastante incómoda. No está preparado para temperaturas tan altas. El baño es muy pequeño.

Location was great one street away from the bustle of yellow street Secure,old inner town feel

Late check in cost 30 euros extra

Location of the property was excellent, close to everything what is needed. Train station, bars, restaurants, beach very close. There where few good restaurants next door- Melody and Nova Estrella- good food and reasonably priced. Host met us and showed apartment- Thanks! There where also welcome bottle of wine, local produced cakes and cheese- excellent! Very well equipped apartment but we have not used washing machine and dishwasher at all.

Bathroom a bit compact but still ok for us. There where a bit noise from street below but we had bedroom on opposite side and this part was quite. Sea water temperature was just 17*C what was cool for us.

Small but really well equipped apartment. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, beaches, parks.

It can get noisy some evenings - mostly Uber Eats, Bolt, Glovo drivers
