This is a flat. We made our own breakfast. Very nice place to stay, near the city center. Much space for 3 persons.

The kitchen was OK, but we coud have som more plates, glasses and so on so we did not have to wash up after every meal. We are used to have a minimum of herbs. Now we needed to buy salt for excemple. It was not so clean at the kitchen. If possible, we would like different pillows in the bed.

Spacious apartment, close to the historic center. The hosts were very friendly. It had all amenities that we needed. Nice pool, close to the sea (10-15 min walk), beds were comfy. With three bedrooms everyone had their privacy. Internet worked well.

The place in the apartment very big,also the parking place very comfortable for the car.Swimming pool.

It would be nice if the kitchen had a few more basic items, such as a cutting board, a colander, and a wooden spoon for stirring. The apartment is furnished in quite an old-fashioned style. At the pool, the sun loungers are mostly broken.

Het prettige aan deze woning is dat je een parkeergarage onder de woning hebt zitten waardoor je eenvoudig je auto kwijt kan. Verder ben je met 5 minuten lopen in het hartje van de stad.

Je maakt gebruik van een gezamenlijk zwembad maar de blijvende bewoners van het complex zien gasten liever gaan dan komen, dat zorgde ervoor dat we om 20.00 uur het zwembad werden uitgestuurd, niet heel erg, maar ook niet heel gezellig.

The place is very close to the old town in Funchal, which is very good because usually it's difficult to find parking in Funchal, from this apartment you can walk to the centre. The house is very big, with Washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. You have a private parking spot and you can use the pool. Also the view is very beautiful. Notes: two bathrooms with no windows, not a big issue. To reach the house by foot you have to walk up a very steep street, a short path but I wouldn't recommend it to people with physical difficulties. I also found easier to speak with Gabriel via mail and not via booking app, but he was always available and very kind, he also allowed a late check-in for us.

The apartment is spacious, there's a balcony where you can have your meals facing the pool and the city behind it. It is close to a variety of restaurants.

There's a short, but very steep stretch on the way to the city center and it can be hard/annoying when walking back home. You have to beware of the mosquitoes.

Location good but steep approach. Suggest a car would be a good thing we relied on taxis to getback. we are both in our seventies ( I'm 78)

Perhaps instructions as we couldn't find the waste collection point.
