Teresa is the kindest host i have ever meet. The apartment is big, clean and well equipped. Good the position to reach (with the car) every spot.

Very clean and tidy , communication and welcome from host was much appreciated.

Wonderful host , top floor apartment in residential area which matched the pictures shown , everything you could need from in a property , close to beach , close to local shops and restaurants, easy bus access to central Funchal.

The apartment's hostess was very kind and accommodating. The parking was convenient, and the apartment itself, located on the outskirts of Funchal, was very well-equipped. Additionally, public transportation was readily accessible. Highly recommended!!!

Although the apartment was pleasant overall, the pillows provided were not very comfortable.

Apartment overall was nice, big and clean. Pretty comfy bed. Kitchen is full with appliances. You get a spot at the private parking garage. The beach is only 10min walk (though the path is quite steep) and there are supermarkets and restaurants/brunch places all around. In the fridge you will find some cold drinks (they will be deducted from your deposit). The owner is always responsive should you have any questions

There's a big construction happening right in front of the building. It's is extremely noisy, over 60dB with windows closed. So if you're planning to spend time in the apartment during the working hours- that might not be the best option. And on the other side of the building is a hotel that runs animation till late night and it's also soooo loud! You might get a free music concert at night :) There's no airco, so you will need to open windows at all times. Bring bug repellant.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was superb. Bus stop in front of the apartment and big shopping mall nearby. Many cafes and restaurants in the surroundings. Ocean in walking distance (5 mins on foot).

There are very noisy construction works close to the flat (between 8am and 5 pm in workdays).

Flat was well-equipped, literally had everything: a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, utensils, etc. The apartment was superbly furnished, clean, and modern. Free underground parking, a fantastic view from the balcony. Alex and Teresa are great hosts, we had constant communication, and they were very helpful. The location is excellent, well-connected. I absolutely recommend it!

The apartment was superb, it had like a 50m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. We had breakfast staring at the ocean every morning. The hosts, Teresa and Alex were very friendly and helped in everything we asked. Highly recommended, we will choose them again if we got the chance to go back to Madeira! :)

The facilities are great, its really well equipped and in a great location to access the sea and shopping facilities. Just a 30 minute walk into Funchal, or approximately a €5 bolt ride. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cater for a dinner party or even do some baking! With a cupboard full of spices and coffee provided. The property has 3 balconies which can provide lots of fresh air when it’s a bit warmer. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave me their phone number incase I had any problems. I’ll be back!
