The best thing was the location! 3 min to one side was the main street with restaurants and 5 more min the big grocery store, 1 min to the other side was a little bakery and fruit stand (all fresh every day - perfect). We walked to the closest beach (beach Frnazina) not even 10 min. The street is so quiet that you can leave the windows open all the time. The open big terrace was great for breakfasts and night drinks, the family was also very nice and welcoming :) Apartment was very clean and for 2 people way enough space (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with a table and a couch), well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower (just be careful and don't flip the switch for the water boiler like we did, otherwise you don't have warm shower in the evening:) it's right next to the light switch). Parking right in front of the house. 10 min drive to Vrsar, same to the north to Porec. Ideal location.

Just minor things. Behind the bedroom, there was probably a bathroom of another apartment. And we could hear everything as if it was in our room! Every toilet flush, every time when water went on and sometimes even voices. Which in the middle of the night or 7 AM is not too nice. Apartment felt a bit dump, not aired for a while so I recommend using AC for drying it a bit and for better sleep / or have open windows if the nights are still cool (i have problems with bad air in the room so for me the first nights were not too comfy, some people might not mind) Wifi was not very good. Sometimes it didn't even connect.
