Lucky Home Ferienwohnung

Lucky Home was very spacious and had everything we needed for a good stay. The host, Peter, was flexible and met us at the property and provided tons of information about Fussen that only enhanced our stay.

From before arriving to our departure. Peter was a wonderful host. Before we drove into the city, he told us to meet him at an easy to find location where he would take us to our parking location. We found him easily, where he then simply walked in front of us to a well-hidden, underground parking garage. Once parked, he took our heaviest bag and walked us a few blocks to our accommodations. Once inside we had a nice, unhurried conversation with him where he explained our surroundings, and gave us each a Fussen card good for free bus rides for a certain day or number of days, which we used on our round-trip to see the castles. He reommended restaurants and made it clear that Lucky (their cat) runs the place. We had the top floor (2 bedroom apt) with a complete kitchen, lots of closet/cabinet space, a large living room, and windows in every room. The space is comfortably decorated with a number of unique artistic touches throughout, created/designed by Betty. We were particularly taken with the old wooden workman's ladder bookshelf and a cute, handpainted stone we were given when we left.

We couldn't stay longer.

Location was perfect, Peter was a fantastic host and the apartment was very spacious.

Brilliant location in a historic building, in a spacious, well equipped apartment. Lots of thoughtful touches, and Peter was a very helpful, welcoming and friendly host. Appreciated the Fussen Pass, which gave us free bus transport for our visit to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles.

Very welcoming, helpful, accomodating and informative host; spacious apartment; perfect location in the heart of town and very close to the train and bus stations.

Stunning apartment in an excellent location. Helpful and lovely host. It offered everything that we wanted and more. Shame we only stayed 2 nights.

Everything was amazing! Our host had lots of suggestions where to get food, and all of them were great! The apartment itself was very spacious and very clean, we loved it. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor.

Great location right on square. Host Peter was great. Meet us to show us our free parking. Received a gift certificate for a restaurant and a little gift at check out. Facility had everything we needed. The comfort of home away from home.
