The flat is in a great location near the centre of town. Shops are close It was quiet at night There were excellent electric blackout shutters The flat was a good size for a family The lights in the sitting room snazzy and cool

We have been using Booking.com for years. This is the most outrageous situation we have ever found ourselves in. The problem was undoubtedly exacerbated by a poor knowledge of each other's language and manners. Ok a 10 rating in the UK would be a 12 plus in most countries but almost universally no damage or dirt deposit is sought even then. Here it became a bit of an issue as we always leave a place clean or cleaner than we find it. I paid it of course but was a little concerned at why the decision to retain or return the deposit would be made after we left seemed a little unfair as we would have no way of querying it. Then when we found the bathroom bin full of used sanitary products ( photo available) and a used towel in the laundry basket there followed an exchange of messages all sent through Booking.com. There was no rudeness or expletives. I am a lawyer. I choose my words carefully..I did however query whether they were more concerned about their business than their customers . They thought i was accusing them.of being greedy. I never used the word. The next day we were asked to leave. Unacceptable behaviour. Emails through Booking.com amount to Unacceptable behaviour. We left and found somewhere much nicer by pur luck as it was a busy bank holiday weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The host is friendly and helpful. The apartment matched all of the expectations our family of four had. If we ever visit the area again, we will check to see if this apartment is available first.

Beds were a little rough. Pillows were awkward.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Bahnhof lag in unmittelbarer Nähe so dass wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten und kostenlos mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs waren. Auch die Altstadt war in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Da wir direkt an der Hauptstraße wohnten war es Nachts ziemlich laut aber mit geschlossenem Fenster war es ok.

Große Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage. Direkt an der Altstadt, nur paar Meter zum Bahnhof. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft.

Sehr gute Lage und eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung.

Keine wirkliche Ablagefläche in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden.

Sehr zentrale Lage und gute Aufteilung der Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, obwohl die Wohnung an einer Hauptstrasse liegt waren die Fester sehr schallisoliert. Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner und eine Spülmaschine mit Waschmittel waren auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. lg

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Mertes in Füssen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral – ideal für Ausflüge und Stadtbesichtigungen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm.

Great to have 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Host was lovely and very helpful. Central location to walk everywhere we needed to go
