"Good"

The apartment was really nice, spacious and well equipped. Lovely, accommodating receptionist. Sofa bed big enough to fit three people. Parking was easy. Excellent for the price.

Cleaniness inside and outside of property. Fortunately there were brooms and dustpan near the reception desk, so we were able to clean the apartment ourselves.

The size and furnishings of the apartment, along with its proximity to the city center, made for a great and relaxing stay.Hévíz is an excellent place to stay for visiting nearby towns like Sümeg, Tapolca, and Keszthely..

Location and Size of apartman Large TV with plenty of channels Large dining area Comfortable beds Great barg tub Lots of mirrors Plenty of flowers and trees in property

No internet connection Kitchen utensils not enough and need upgrade. Frying pan dirty. Lots of spiders and insects indoors. No privacy glass or curtain in bathroom and toilet. Toilet is ancient style and very hard work to flush stuff down. Upgrade Airconditioning does not cool ar all. Need attention No aircon in bedrooms Lots of Cig butts in one of the flower pots out front. Back garden not maintained at all. Under stairs lots of debris stored. No working vacuum cleaner available on request. No receptionist or cleaner to contact during the 5 days of stay. Screw portruding from ground in living room.

"Disappointed but can be easily improved"

The apartment is large and in a great location. Secure car parking.

The host was unresponsive to messages, there is no window covering in either the bathroom or toilet. The shower rose didn’t work meaning we could only take a bath.

(Garden apartment): the toilet did not flush partially. n the bathroom, the plumbing did not switch well, there was no curtain on the window in the shower

The apartment was really big! Had everything you need, the bed was really comfortable! Definitely will come back here again! Thank you for hospitality:)
