The location was great, all studios were amazing. Great kitchen and bathroom. Loved the UK themed interior and the Klimt air con. Appreciated the console with good game selection. Good internet. Clean room and fully equipped kitchen, ready to cook in. Great restaurants near by. Very friendly host.

No elevator to second floor, which is not a big deal. We just had heavy luggage.

Owner is very helpful and responsive. We agreed late check-in and also he helped us with a personal request. The apartment was exactly what we were expecting, the location is amazing.

The mattress was the only thing I didn't enjoy much but it's not a big deal.

We needed to leave our luggage earlier than check-in time and the host was very helpful and he did his best to help us, it was very cosy and the sights we wanted to see were really near

There is nothing we “hated” or “disliked”, everything was fine but there’s always room for improvement

Great location, air conditioning, free WiFi, hot running water. The host was nice.

Not very clean. For example, we had to wash all the dishes before using them, the floor felt sticky, the radiator in the bathroom was covered in dust and we had to wipe it before we could hang the towels on it, the inside of the wardrobe was also dusty and had to be wiped before using. We weren't given enough towels initially, and we had to ask for more. The middle legs of the bed in the main bedroom kept folding, which meant that the two people who slept on it kept falling onto the middle of the bed, which wasn't comfortable. The ceiling light in the main bedroom did not work. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not very clean. The mattress kept falling off it and was definitely very old because we could feel every spring.
