Czysto. Estetycznie. Na wyposażeniu kawiarka,otwieracz,kostki lodu,tv, suszarka do włosów. Ogrzewanie b.dobre.Cisza i spokój,a jednocześnie jesteś w centrum starego miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Nie było większych kłopotów z parkingiem chodź podrożał miejski do 7.5zl za 1h!A tylko taki tu jest.

Na parterze widok z okien na bramę,rowery i okna wzw. Przez to nawet w słoneczny dzień w pokoju jest półmrok...
