* Excelente localização. * A comunicação com a recepção e a administradora foi eficiente e atenciosa. * A infraestrutura do prédio é boa no geral, com exceção da academia, que deixa a desejar.

* Apartamento com infestação de baratas pequenas, presentes em todos os cômodos, inclusive no quarto e no banheiro. * Os móveis são antigos e mal conservados. * A cama e o sofá também são muito antigos e pouco confortáveis. * O banheiro não possui box, apenas uma cortina visivelmente suja, o que compromete a higiene e o conforto da estadia.
