The location is good, and the key is not so diffucult to find as the host sent a very detailed instruction to fetch the key. Resteraunts and grocery stores are nearby.

Despite we turned on the heat radiator to maximum, the room heating was still not enough. The kitchen utensils are relatively old, and some knives are very dull. Some of the decorations are also old, and one power socket was even detached from the wall. We had to use suitcases to block them to prevent the kid from accidentally touching them. The hot water tap was difficult to adjust and the water temperature was either too cold or too hot. Plus, if you don't plan on using the bathtub, there's nowhere else to hang a shower head for a standing shower.

The location of the apartment was great, right in the centre of Old Town. The provided facilities were excellent and the apartment was lovely and cozy!

There was a lot of noise from the bar underneath the apartment (on the Friday night this was till the early hours, but finished earlier on other days). This is obviously a consequence of the great location, but it is worth being aware of. We coped ok as we were so tired but it might disturb the sleep of more sensitive sleepers!

The bedding could do with an upgrade. The mattress protector had stains & the sheet was only a single and too small for bed. With these fixes would be a 10/10.

The apartment is terrible. It has nothing to do with the photos. The bathroom has a broken shower and the kitchen table is broken and unusable. Right below the apartment is an establishment that does not keep to its announced opening hours. Its visitors sing and shout until 01:00. The advertised parking lot is actually a muddy courtyard where you have to figure out how to park. Given the loud noise coming from the restaurant below the apartment, I don't know how permission to use it was obtained. It is simply impossible to fall asleep before the restaurant closes. It should also be noted that the apartment in the photos is different from the one in which they stay.

Very nice place, 100% deserves to be recommended. Very organised, what ever we needed, we found 😀

we gave “🙂” for facilities, because of kitchen table which is unsuitable and easily drink can land on laps

it has perfect location, Marek the person i was on contact was very helpful and replied very quickly whenever I had questions

there was not enough hot water for 3 people to shower in the evening, would be nice to be informed about it in advance

There's a dishwasher and a washing machine, it's central, but it's very loud on Saturday as it's upstairs from a busy club. The place is pretty big. I visited in February and luckily the heat was working.

The apartment wasn't cleaned well before we got there. The whole place smells strongly of cigarettes and the rooms also smelled like onions or sweat for the entire stay. The floors hadn't been broomed at all, there was dust on most surfaces. The bed was very uncomfortable, a very thin mattress where you could feel the structure of the bed under you, and one of the slats was broken. It felt like everything was as cheap and minimal as possible so that they could tick more boxes on the list of amenities. I had specifically asked the host to prepare 2 beds before we arrived, but we had to find and put the sheets on the second bed (a fold out couch) ourselves. The sheets didn't fit on the bed so they came undone by the morning. The curtains don't block the light, so bring an eye mask!
