Apartament czysty, przestronny dużo miejsca, super lokalizacja. Byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu.

Mugg på badet og slitte deler . Veldig mye støy ute av restauranter som kastet glass å andre ting hele natta, og oppussing av nabohuset om dagen. De som jobber i restaurantene bruker også veien inn til Leiligheten som røykeplass. Ingen Aircondisen så ble veldig varmt på rommet da vi ikke kunne ha vinduene opp grunner alt støyen. Lite fleksibilitet i forhold til å kunne sjekke inn tidlig eller sen utsjekk. Mye søppel på utsiden

The apartment boasts a fantastic location, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, other aspects of our experience were less satisfactory.

During our visit in mid-May, we encountered unexpectedly cold weather, with daytime temperatures hovering around 10°C during the day, accompanied by strong winds and rain. Unfortunately, the heating in the apartment was not functioning on our first night. The manager's initial response, stating that cold weather is typical in Gdańsk and implying a lack of action, was unhelpful and disappointing, especially as we were traveling with young children aged 3 and 5. Sleeping in multiple layers was not ideal. Following our persistent requests, the heating was eventually fixed on the second day. We also noticed that the apartment's furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, and it appeared that staging was used in the photographs. The overall cleanliness could have been significantly improved. For instance, the underside of the toilet seat was noticeably discolored. Additionally, the toilet cistern overflowed on several occasions. Our interactions with the manager, both before and during our stay, were impersonal and unsupportive. Our request for an early check-in was immediately declined without any explanation or alternative suggestions, such as luggage storage options. Having frequently relied on reviews when booking accommodations, we were surprised by our experience here, especially given the property's high rating of 9.6 at the time of booking. The reality did not align with this rating. Furthermore, the price of the accommodation was higher than other available options on Booking.com when we booked three months in advance. Gdańsk and the Tri-City area were wonderful, and we would definitely consider returning to the city in the future. However, we would certainly not choose this particular accommodation again."

Loved the location, apartment was nice and clean, very spacious and hosts were good communicators. Faultless stay apart from struggling with the electric lock, instructions could be clearer on how to use this as it's the first I've used! Only other feedback would be a lack of mirrors in rooms.

Great location, clean apartment with everything we needed. Clear communication with the host and no trouble getting the keys.

A litte low on amenities in the bathroom such as toilet paper and soap in the shower. But that was not a big inconvenience. All in all, great apartment!
