Quiet location. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

The humidity in the apartment was so high that water kept dripping down the outward facing wall of the bedroom, where the moisture build-up was the highest. Before taking in new guests, the person in charge should have noticed that there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the house . The door knob was installed incorrectly (too far to the left) and was hitting the side of the door, making it hard for it to close properly (care had to be taken not to hurt one's hand, especially when closing the door). Extremely low water pressure (the lowest we have ever experienced) and short hot water duration (barely enough for one shower per person). The heating system was too weak and unable to provide a comfortable temperature inside the apartment. The internet speed was only 30 Mbps. For some reason (perhaps the area is in a reception shadow) there was virtually no phone signal during our stay (receiving or making phone calls was useless and, of course, it was also not possible to use mobile data, both with Movistar and Orange roaming). The parking area was full of loose gravel and rocks. There was mold in the shower area.
