The photos didn't reflect an accurate picture of the property. Only one sofa which wasn’t comfortable and was falling apart. The door entry system didn’t sound in the property. Lack of cutlery and crockery.

comfortable beds. It is very peaceful at night as bedroom is at the back of the flat. Good location for westside of Glasgow and 10 min ftom subway. Good communication with staff.

Flat could do with a freshening up.its a bit shabby. It needs to be restocked with cutlery and the hob was difficult to get working. But it wouldn't drop me using it again. Good for short stay

Amazing, spacious, cozy, tidy with an incredible park opposite, close to everything. I recommend it.

Honestly? The property is amazing.

The lockbox was available which made it easy to get into the flat and the instructions given to me were really easy to follow!

Large signs of damp on walls and ceilings with the wall paper and ceiling peeling away in the main bedroom. Damp stains on the curtains and none of these shown in photos of communicated through their messages. The kitchen did have most of what you’d need but was lacking in some areas, for example there was one mug, when the flat sleeps 4 people.
