Rooftop Apartment, Exclusive City and Mountain View

Great location in a town worth a visit for more than one night. Modern flat, central, close to lake and good supermarket. Short walk to Square for tram to train station As described rooftop view but beyond from Dining room to include mountain and glimpse of lake, changing sky scape Lift for access I liked the church bells , they had lovely resonance, but they are very close and regular

Though short walk the road on which accommodation is situated is steep and cobblestoned as is most of that part of Gmunden on hillside Shower was a challenge for me. I too flooded bathroom first shower. It is poorly designed. I was grateful for extra towel. No soap container As an older traveller with some mobility issues the bed was exceptionally low and after one night I slept on lounge as I feared not being able to get out of bed. This affected my rating. Younger and fit neither bed nor shower might be an issue I too felt fridge should be emptied and signs of others habitation removed As already noted no welcome tea, coffee

Tolle Wohnung, freundliche gepflegte Ausstattung in bester Lage nah am See, mit Blick auf den Grünberg und Traunstein. Hervorragend die Barrierefreiheit, was nach meinem Kreuzbandriss total wichtig war. Jederzeit und immer wieder gerne kommen wir in diese charmante Ferienwohnung.

The flat is spacious,light and calm. Nice place for 2+2 family in the city centre of Gmunden :-) I can recommend it!

Jeg ville foretrukket at kjøkkenet var ryddet for mat. Det er ikke ønskelig at det står igjen mat fra forrige gjester eller eiere som er åpnet.

Am Anreisetag wurde eine Email mit Schlüsselcode gesendet, außerdem wurden wir extra kontaktiert, ob wir ganz kleine Kinder mithaben und wie die Betten gemacht werden sollen,weil ich das Alter der Kinder leider nicht angegeben habe. Also wir waren sehr zufrieden.

eine charmante Wohnung mit sehr hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Top Lage, erstklassig gepflegt und schönes Ambiente. Und wie immer: jederzeit wieder!

The apartment facilities was so good for my two years old son. Good location, the lake was two minutes away.

There wasn't any air-conditioning, but we are lucky with weather.

Had everything we needed, beds all set up etc.super comfortable and felt relaxed there. We only had a night there before heading off but it was a really great base. Location great 2 adults and 2 kids under 5
