They canceled on us due to a double booking on their side. Still trying to get our money back. Quite pathetic attitute! Will never recommend them!

The sea view and the hospitality of the staff.

The fact that it was advertised as a self-catering facility but there was no stove available. When I enquired about it on the day I arrived, I was told to pay extra if I want to cook. It was also not convenient as the stove was in another area and not in the same room I booked. The room was also too small and not as advertised.

They have 2 properties, so I booked Oceanway because of it's location and room on the website, but they accommodated me at Benri B&B. The room I was is too small and cramped, it's very difficult to even put your own stuff around. We couldn't sleep well due to mosquitoes 🦟 and there is no repellent provided in the rooms. The bath sink is too small u can't even wash your face.

Beautiful and tranquility , loved the unit . The hostess and staff were friendly, service was quick and the flat is amazingly beautiful. We even had a lovely braai and it was well equipped.

Who ever did the decorating of the unit has exceptionally good taste , it’s open and the colour scheme and paintings are beautiful. Decor of room is gorgeous love the scatter cushions!

The apartment was well furnished and relatively new, with a very well-equipped kitchen. There were a clothes washing machine as well as a dishwasher, and even a Weber braai provided for use on the patio. There was undercover, secure parking provided. The sea view was outstanding. The friendly staff visited to check for any requirements and the apartment was serviced daily. Gonubie is a lovely little village with wonderful beaches.

There is very little that could be improved upon. There was a problem with the TV, but this was not considered to be a big problem by us. The staff kindly provided access to an adjoining apartment to enable us to watch a match we were interested in.
