- easy access to the mountains and to the Grainau village center (bus stop, restaurants, etc.); - nice view from the balcony; - fully equipped kitchen;

- slow internet connection; - ashtray full of fags (balcony); - the mattress in the bedroom could be more comfortable;

Great view at the Zugspitze and location, very spacious.

Some kitchen items missing i.e. dishwasher capsules, sharp knife, but now big deal.

The location is very good, you can see the mountains from your balcony ☺️

The mattresses could be better

I liked the size of the apartment and the number of the radiators (easier to dry the equipment). Furniture was good.

The apartment wasn't cleaned well after previous guests. There was no paper or prospect with basic info. The owners were negligent in direct communication and seemed uninterested, it took them 2 days to provide the WiFi password. One would expect more pieces of dispensables. One small stand for skis and a plastic box for ski boots without heating in the basement can't be called a ski-storage room. I communicated all of this directly with the host.

The apartment is really big and have two balcony with really good mountain view and really close to stores

There is no fled up Bed although in Description is there and no tabs for dockwacsher

Great location with mountain views and a wonderful garden. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and have everything we needed throughout our vacation. If we go to Grainau again, we'll stay in these apartments back. The hosts were happy to help us make gästekarte of Grainau so we could comfortable travel to the Eibsee lake.

All was good.
