"Nice but look out for the parking problems!"

The place was very clean and nicely located. Good amenities and comfortable.

The biggest issue was the parking. The facility said there was parking on site but there isn’t any. They sent us some information about where to park but it was very unclear and as a result we got stuck in a restricted zone trying to drive through very narrow streets and find our own parking which ended up being 2 km away. There was no one to receive us and take us to a parking spot. With lots of luggage and elderly travelers this became very challenging.

"Fantastic place in a truly amazing city."

Whole apartment, location, views, location, roof terrace (penthouse), location, lift; all fantastic. Loads of coffee pods for the coffee machine. Plenty of towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds and so quiet! Really effective aircon. Great, simple 'key' system (no keys needed which was so convenient - as long as you don't try the wrong front door!). Just a completely gorgeous apartment all round.

There were a few tiny (probably temporary / easily correctable) points; coffee table top wasn't attached to its base, cups and saucers in such a high cupboard they were barely reachable (we broke a saucer attempting to get one), only 2 pans and no frying pan, only one dishwasher tablet, only 2 single milk cartons and both were empty!). Maybe a trickier problem to resolve is the TV was at right angles to the sofa so not easy to relax and watch it in evening.
