"casa bella in posizione fantastica...ma check-in orribile, assolutamente da migliorare"

la posizione fantastica e la casa era decente

è assurdo che per entrare in questa casa ho dovuto scrivere TRE volte i documenti di tutti quelli che viaggiavano, svariati messaggi con l'host sulle procedure del check-in, non mi hanno dato il codice per aprire il portone dove si svolgeva il check-in che si fa in un altra struttura, il codice della porta all'inizio non funzionava, ho prenutato un parcheggio (a pagamento) convenzionato a 100 metri dalla struttura e la mattina dell'arrivo me l'hanno cambiato con un altro che distava 800 metri dalla casa (sotto il sole a 41 gradi a granada anche 100 metri con bagagli sono un supplizio) difficilissimo da raggiungere in quanto privo di qualsiasi indicazione ( infatti hanno dovuto mandarmi delle foto per farmi capire dov'era), sono arrivato alle 16 e per avere informazioni sul parcheggio ho dovuto chiamare 5 volte ( non rispondevano mai e una volta addirittura hanno staccato la chiamata ...INACCETTABILE)...per tutto cio il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato....l'unica nota positiva e che mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio la mattina che dovevo lasciare la casa
