Hablo del bajo. Está muy bien ubicado! MUCHO. Es espacioso. Tiene de todo. Genial para ir con amigos y familia.

La insonorización es pésima. En el bajo, la habitación que da a la calle y el comedor por la noche es muy difícil dormir. Solo lo consiguió 1 persona y porq iba con tapones. Hay mucho movimiento por la noche y se escucha todo. El olor al entrar al bloque y en el baño… huele a cloaca literal, en los bajos suele pasar. Pero nada que no se arregle con unos ambientadores.
