Buena ubicación, muy céntrico, cerca de tiendas, comercios. La piscina bien para refrescarte.

El ruido de las obras que se estaban haciendo muy cerca. Pero es eventual.

Todo! Es un apartamento domotizado con todo lujo de detalles y decorado con mucho gusto. Nos alojamos en el apartamento con piscina y terraza que, aunque cueste un poco más, merece la pena. Está en pleno centro pero sin ruido de la calle.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return.

The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room.
