Carmen en el Albaicín con Jardin y Vistas

Albaicin is the oldest part of Granada and wandering through the winding cobblestone walkways and neighborhood squares was a wonderful experience! The apartment is in a great location, higher up, with magnificent views of Granada. The large private balcony was perfect for morning coffee and watching beautiful sunsets at night. There was a lot of old world charm in the decor with mosaic tiles and original flooring. Andrés was a wonderful host, easy to communicate, even helping us maneuver the narrow, winding streets and helping to secure parking. One word of caution - if staying in Albaicin and planning to arrive by car, choose a small rental car. Your heart will thank you!

The smaller room does not have it's own A/C so it was a bit uncomfortable until the night temperature breeze helped cool it down during the night.

Location in Albaicin was outstanding. The patio was so beautifully and comfortable and the view over looking the city was fantastic. Our host meet us at check-in and made sure we had what we needed and helped with recommendations as well as helped us arrange transportation for the next day. Loved our stay.

Little bit of noise at night from occasional cars but nothing to bad.

The views in the pictures are spot on. We were amazed by how well-appointed the apartment was, and it met all of our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had amazing sangria at a taverna up the street and opted to pick up a few groceries at the mercado and enjoy the view and a lovely dinner one night. There were so many little details that made our stay there welcoming and comfortable.

For two adults sharing a full bed, that can be challenging but we knew that when we booked. I wasn't prepared for how the apartment is built into the hillside so you do hear an occasional car above your head when sleeping - while a little odd, you get used to it quickly.

Perfect place with beautiful views over Granada. Very comfortable beds. The host did everything to make our stay comfortable. On arrival, fruits and a bottle of wine were very nice of him to prepare. The property has a beautiful veranda where you can enjoy watching the sunset over Granada. I certainly would recommend staying there.

The electrical circuit is shared between two properties and depends if guests in another property switch on too many appliances, the fuse can jump switching everything off for a minute or so. But this is very this happened only twice during our stay, so it was not a big deal

This place is the most magical stay. The view and little details that the host include are amazing. We had the best time here and the location was great. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Loved the property and our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Granada. It has the most stunning views from the terrace and beautiful sunsets. The host Andres was so helpful and has thought about everything you need for your stay here. He gave us such a warm welcome too. We would recommend you stay here if you can!
