Amazing apartment, super clean and spacious rooms. Two bathrooms and ample cooking and washing facilities. Rooftop is beautiful, with views of mountains and the Alhambra hotel. Hot tub an added bonus. Team who checked us in are lovely and friendly.

Great roof top and jacuzzi

The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi once we got instructions was an added bonus and roof terrace was lovely to sit in.

Entrance to car park lift seems to often get blocked by delivery vans etc. but nothing apartment owners can do about this.

Property was amazing more then we expected

The only downside was in my opinion there should be a hand rail leading to the rooftop for safety but other than that the apartment was fabulous — thank you 🙏

Really liked the location of the apartment and loved buzzy Granada

The hot tub didn’t work. When we arrived we were disappointed to find the hot tub which was described as the “standout feature “ of the apartment was freezing cold and the lid was up. The display did not work and there were no instructions. We asked the person who met us with the keys how to turn it on.He looked embarrassed and said he didnt know we would have to contact the host. We did this and the host, Emma sent us some intructions. She said the display wasn’t working and had reported it although no one came during our stay. The host did not follow up with us and after several days of trying everything to get it working we messaged again to say we were disappointed as this as it was the main reason we had booked the apartment. On our last night we again returned to find the hot tub only very slightly warm and we tried to turn it off but it wouldn’t turn off. The next morning before we left my husband went up to try again. He found it was actually quite warm (the only time during our stay when we were about to leave!) it still wouldn’t turn off. Several days later I got a very rude message accusing us of leaving the heating on when we left. There had not been any apology about the non working hot tub. We were completely baffled at this at we hadn’t touched any heating appliance while we were there. There was no need for us to use either heating or air con while we were there as the temperature was perfectly ambient. We didn’t even know we could change the heating! We realised then that this was probably as a result of us daring to express our disappointment about the hot tub not working. Very unethical and a terrible way to treat paying guests.

Spacious and well appointed apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi (which we didn’t use as the weather was turning colder). The Wi-Fi worked really well. Good location within easy walking distance of the Alhambra and the town centre. Garage space in the basement was very useful as parking would have been impossible in the neighbourhood. Small supermarkets and bakery as well as other useful shops very close by in the same road.

The apartment block is located on a rather busy albeit narrow through road and the noise from motor vehicles and nighttime revellers bounces off the buildings. Even the double glazed windows did not sufficiently reduce the noise. Some of the fixtures (like the curtain fitting and toilet roll holders) were quite flimsy and a general maintenance check would be a good idea. The wardrobes had adequate hanging space, but no shelves, which would have been useful.
