Freshly renovated, clean, cute apartment, good location.

Salavdor was a great host with many good recommendations of sites to see and restaurants and tapas bars to enjoy. Had a nice breakfast package of coffee and some pastry for morning. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the area and a bakery just across the street The apartment had everything you needed and washing machine was a great addition to have. Apartment was immaculately clean. Large wrap around balcony. Location was great to get around walking

Was a little noisy during nighttime from street traffic for sleeping. Lack of hot water seemed to be a problem when showering.

Highly recommend this place to all those those who are planning a trip to Granada. The location is central and the area is peaceful. Really appreciate the host who handed over the keys and made sure our stay was comfortable. He was kind enough to provide recommendations for all the places worth visiting and facilitated us in every possible way.

The apartments was compact but had everything we would need (crockery, cutlery, basic coffee, microwave). It was dated but very clean and comfortable. It was on the fist floor but there was a lift. The best thing was the host: he met us at the door, brought us up and showed us where everything was. He also pointed out nearby facilities, places to eat (lovely fish restaurant next door) and also the direction of the the main sights from the property. In fact, prior to our going, he texted several times and advised us to buy our tickets for the Alhambra and Palaces in advance. A 5-10mins walk got you into the big plazas and Granada Cathedral. The Alhambra is visible high above the the town. There are local buses that can take you up for a couple of euros from Plaza Isobel La Catolica (no 30, 32).

Salvador is a great host, he was very nice and gave us many tips. He even provided us with a kettle and left some biscuits and pastry for the breakfast. The apartment is 10-15 minutes from the city centre, so the location is amazing as well.

The only thing we did not like were the noisy neighbours from the apartment next to us, who for an hour tried to unsuccessfuly unlock their door at 4am. But it happened only one night, the next one was okay. In general you cant hear what is happening in the other apartments or on the street, the problem was they were noisy in the corridor where the entrance to apartment is.

Good location, close to the subway that connects the train station and the bus station. The room is clean, equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. At a distance of 10 minutes, you reach the main street, full of shops, cafes and places to eat.
