Location was great. Staff were very nice and supportive. Internet was very good. Check in experience was awesome.

Deb room stairs were a bit challenging. Few things in the apartment require maintenance

Close to the city center and bus station

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. It was far from the clean and comfortable stay we expected. The place was dusty, the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation, and it smelled bad. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and although the listing says the apartment has three beds, we only received bedding for two. When we asked for the third set, we were told to "go find it in one of the closets," which was incredibly unhelpful. Also, they expect guests to take out the trash, but there were no trash bags provided, so we had to buy our own. The stairs are narrow and definitely not suitable for people with any weight concerns. We also found old food in the fridge, and the Christmas decorations were still up in late March, which made it clear that the apartment isn't cleaned regularly. The host offered to pick us up from the airport, she texted saying she was "leaving right now," but then we waited over 40 minutes even though the drive is only 10 minutes. To top it all off, they tried to scam us. There was a broken cabinet that was clearly covered with flyers, so we didn’t even notice it, but they claimed it was our fault!! Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Problems with car parking

The location was perfect! Our apartment was a perfect size. Great value especially considering the location. Apartment is well equipped.

Great location and easily accessible, Irene was very nice, came to pick us up at the airport, was wonderful to talk to and I highly recommend working with her. Location was close to a lively square, every day fresh fish market and grocery market, plenty of restaurants and cafes, bus stop, etc. In terms of accessibility and location, we couldn’t ask for a better stay. Everything is a short walk away (10-15 min tops).

The bathroom in the apartment was honestly disgusting. It smelled terrible throughout the stay and was overall moldy and truly dirty. We bought our own cleaning supplies just so we could use it and still felt gross every time we went to shower. The apartment looked like it wasn’t cleaned in some time- not messy but clearly unused and uncared for. We had to get our own paper towels and toilet paper. Two sets of stairs in the apartment and both are rough to maneuver and most definitely dangerous if you have kids staying with you at the property (which we did not but 2/3 of us had a slip and fall on the stairs during some point of the trip. Don’t navigate if drinking alcohol!
