the terraces and the view from them is lovely.

Too dark/poor lighting, the bathroom and bedrooms desperately need refurbishing. Fridge was not clean.

The terrace is so nice.

The rooms were dark. It could have done with more toilet roll.

Location is excellent, near to lots of restaurants and sites. Shame the weather was not good so couldn’t make use of the terrace! Excellent communication with Ignacio - telling us where to park & directions to property.

Very nice and rustic apartment on Chapiz. Close to the base of the Alhambra.

The apartment is on Chapiz with a steep incline . You need to be fit enough to walk up and down this area. We managed it ok as an elderly couple but some would find it very strenuous. However , if you wish to see all the views then you just have to get on with it . We chose to walk from the bottom of the hill on Chapiz through to the path which leads up to the Alhambra. Boy that is very steep and had to stop for a breath every few meters but finally reached the top by the ticket office. Great memories even so.

Great location with all amenities. Host very accommodating and gave excellent instructions on how to get into the property

location was good, furniture very basic and there was a a wobbly stairs we have to fixed to go up to the the second terrace

We arrived on Friday evening without meeting anyone at anytime: keys were located in a box at the entrance. My husband took a shower on Saturday and water came out brown but he didn't tell me. On Sunday morning I took a shower with my son of 5 years old and I realized hot water came out brown. I took photos and video and wrote immediately to the man (Ignacio) who works for the owners and to whom I have chatted with from my arrival. He wrote that it hadn't happen ever before and that he would work it out. We leave on Monday morning without using hot water anymore. I asked him and to the owner through booking.com, a refund for the problem I occurred. Both THEY WERE CONCERNED ONLY ABOUT MY BAD REVEW ON BOOKING: I tried to explained that it's not a matter of review but of service that I payed for and not been offered. I asked a refund of 250 euros and the owner ended up saying: "Es debido a una obra del ayuntamiento de la red de abastecimiento de agua , fuera de nuestro apartamento , en la calle. Fueron solo unas horas, actualmente no existe ese problema": "It is due to a city council work on the water supply network, outside our apartment, on the street. It was only a few hours, currently there is no such problem". But cold water from the network had came out clean and fresh all the time, it was a problem of the water heater. He was very offensive proposing one night refund writing that I threatened him of a bad review and that's why I wanted more money, while I have never wrote him about any review because that was not the point. They are only worried about having good reviews on booking: that's probably why the flat is so well rated on booking. Last but not least I don't want any money from this kind of poor people! even if it were my right.

Gorgeous apartment. We were there for "the hottest April on record", but the apartment is built to keep things cool, with air conditioning there if you need more cooling. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The instructions to get in were excellent. The host was friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy. The location is great - lots of local restaurants, and also a bus every 5 minutes or so to get into the centre - or a shortish walk with many scenic routes to choose from. Having a direct bus back from the Alhambra was a blessing. The views from the terraces looking out to the Alhambra were amazing.

location was perfect. short walk to the city centre and plenty of good restaurants and bars around us.The views from the terrace were wonderful

The only slight one was the stairs to the second terrace. My wife didn’t enjoy them
