Lokalizacja w centrum miasta i taras z pięknym widokiem

Postanowiłam wystawić opinię dotyczącą tej oferty ponieważ w rzeczywistości znacznie odbiega od tego, czego można by się spodziewać. Po pierwsze w ofercie są zdjęcia z różnych apartamentów co może wprowadzać w błąd. Nasz był na 4 piętrze, na które można dostać się jedynie zewnętrzną windą, która niesłychanie wolno się przemieszcza i często blokuje. Współczuję osobom, które miałyby z niej korzystać podczas upalnego lata. Sen z powiek spędzała nam myśl, że w razie zagrożenia np. pożar nie mieliśmy innej możliwości wydostania się z tego piętra, ponieważ nie było tam żadnych schodów. Mieszkanie składa się z dwóch pokoi z łazienkami. Mimo, że niedawno było remontowane to jedna że ścian jest mokra i zagrzybiona. Zapach stęchlizny unosi się w całym mieszkaniu. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty, czysta. Pokoje ciasne, nisko sufit, ale klimatyzacja w każdym. Atutem tej oferty jest dostęp do tarasu na dachu, na który prowadzą zewnętrzne schody. Niestety nie był sprzątany chyba od roku. Zdecydowanie odbiega od wyglądu tego ze zdjęcia w ofercie. Widok z niego na miasto rekompensował trochę brak żywych roślin. Całe szczęście nasz pobyt był krótki, a całe dnie spędzaliśmy poza mieszkaniem. Nie polecam tej oferty. Lepiej skorzystać z innej.

We appreciated the terrace with viewes to Etna, sea, Greek - Roman Theatre and other sites. The owner was cooperative and helpful. The kitchen was clean, equiped with not only dishes, but some basic food like oil, spices, coffee ...

A lovely apartment with a great roof terrace and a real treat finding a 4th floor stay with a lift (albeit very slow). Bear in mind the terrace is only accessible by stairs though. All very clean and generally well equipped, with a modern kitchenette in the living space, 2 comfy bedrooms, both with ensuite, and one of the bedrooms has a balcony with a little breakfast table and chairs. Security also seems good. Thank you for our stay, Anna, and hopefully see you again :)

All was good, slightly strange assortment of cutlery, and could do with a spare blanket in the bedrooms for the winter, but just small details.

The apartment is located in the city center, surrounded by plenty of fantastic restaurants. Anna is a wonderful host – she helped us with everything, gave us lots of useful tips, and always replied to messages immediately. The apartment is very charming, clean, and has everything you need. An additional advantage is the rooftop terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. I highly recommend this place and I would gladly come back again:) Thank you very much Anna!

A perfect location with friendly hosts. The terrace was wonderful. No noise from the city inside your room.

Location is very good. Quiet at night. Bed are comfortable. Roof terrasse is very nice for having a drink and watching sunset. Elevator to 4th floor slow but very appreciated.

My daughter and I were there for 1 week. Since we were not a couple they wanted to charge an extra for using 2nd bedroom. Only 1 bath towel per person for 1 week. We were told to wash it in the machine. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week. We had to buy our own. These events left a sour note .... have traveled a lot and this was a first.
