The rooftop terrace was amazing, the view was fantastic; the perfect place to sit and have a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while you take in the city The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions of Catania The apartment was very clean and well equipped

Some people might not like the access to the apartment. The lift is very small and very slow so not great if you're not good with small spaces and the alternative is 4 flights of stairs which some people may struggle with. It didn't bother us using the stairs but may not be ideal for some people.

The car parking space is 5 mins walk from the building.

Everything was great. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel for an additional fee, we were met with detailed instructions. The room is very clean. There was everything from coffee for breakfast, all utensils in the kitchen and ending with an iron and ironing board, and an umbrella for the beach. The owner of the hotel was in touch with us 24/7. I definitely recommend.

- Owner communicates in english and is super helpful, - 2 separate air conditioners (in bedroom and kitchen) - very clean - very good localisation (close to the main square - Piazza Duomo) - there is an elevator - additional cosmetics and kitchen equipment available

The lift, very slow

The owners Antonia and Anna are very sweet and helpful! They do all they can to make their hosts feeling good. The location of the flat is perfect, a kitchen is also at disposal for meals preparation. The roof terasse is super nice. Room very clean and well organized. Building is very secure with a lot of locked doors. Parking at disposal too for car!

This is an unusual review, as you shall see. I am an anxious traveler, and this was to be my 1st trip on a plane since 2019. I also have some mobility issues. I wanted everything to be perfect, without hassles. The host did everything possible to (A) set my mind at ease, and (B) set things up so that my return to a place I love, Sicily, would, as they might say in Italy, "andare bene." Unfortunately, due to a problem with my passport, my trip was cancelled at the last minute. Not only is the host working with me so that I don't lose even more $$$ (and I am losing a LOT), he is very graciously allowing me to re-schedule in September for a very fair price! I chose I 3 Principi because it popped up on this site and matched a lot of my needs and desires: great location, wonderful views. When you do this, you never know if the host Will turn out to be someone you would want to stay with; I can unequivocally say, before even having met him in person (and regrettably, I am not certain of his name, despite extensive messaging!) that I am really looking forward to meeting this man who has been so very helpful and accomodating, and staying at I 3 Principi. I am feeling very good about this trip.

Needed a last minute stay after previous accommodation didn't work out, booked and were able to access the property straight away. So simple, had a lift for heavy luggage, and the terrace looking over the city and Etna was fabulous. Worth it for the terrace alone!! Grazie
