I 3 Principi

It was a pleasure to visited Catania and lived in I 3 principi's apartment. I came with my best friend and stayed for one week. Place is cozy and clear, owner is very helpful and speaks fluently English. Was no problem with using iron, asking for second duvet, checking in late evening or leaving luggage after checked out (really appreciate because me and my friend could spend half day without taking everything with us :)) Huge advantages are: - the terrace with grill & you can see Catania from every side - full equipment kitchen - location ❤️ (located almost on the elephant's place) Apartment is on the 4th floor, but there's a lift. When I come back to Catania, I will stay in this apartment again.

Very comfortable rooms. Terrace view of Roman theatre, the sea, the Etna vulcano, and the old town.

The room we stayed didn’t had a big window. But the fact there is a terrace on the roof, it’s great.

Apartment, location and host was just perfect ! Host was very kindly and helpful.

Renovated apartment in a great location in Catania. It is very well equipped, with new and efficient AC units in each room. In the apartment we could find everything we needed - kitchen equipment, coffee machine, washing mashine, etc. The apartment also has an access to a great rooftop terrace which is shared among three apartments (although we never met anyone else there so it was entirely for us). The host is super friendly and helpful, speaking English very well and explaining everything in detail. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and elastic.

Great location, wonderful view from the terrace, great host. If you want to experience Catania this is the perfect place. We recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is very cosy, clean, full equipped and in perfect location. Really enjoy each day there: sitting on balcony with coffee, having a breakfast on terrace or just simple have a good sleep on comfortable bad ! Thank you so much for home atmosphere and for sure it is yes yes where to stay in Catania!

Would appreciate if bed linen and towels can be changed at least once during long stay :) .

The property is in the very center of Catania (2 min walk from the Elephant) with a terrific 360 rooftop terrace (from which the Roman Theatre ruins appear virtually as a backyard) and authentic Sicilian courtyard. Clean, comfortable, reasonably roomy; we did not meet the owner but all needed information has been communicated to us via WhatsApp (including very detailed instructions about self check-in procedure). Would definitely recommend and consider if come to Catania again

Our room did not have windows (apart from ceiling-high loopholes) which was not a big deal for us but just to mention this fact
