In Catania's Heart

It looks beautiful and very comfortable and perfect for a group. The owner was very nice and friendly and was greet to meet and talk about Catania. She will help and assist with all you need from where to go and where are the good and local resturants.

The shower was old looking

Overall stay was worth it. We went for NYE, the outside of the property is not very well kept and it was very scary for us to experience the fireworks of NYE thrown at pedestrians from balconies! Inside of the property was fair for the price we paid. I mean the beds are not comfortable, they are old. The bathrooms were not so clean and the bathroom accessories are not top notch! Considering that we only were there to wash and sleep it was still worth it. Host was very friendly but would have appreciated more if she warned us about the dangerous neighbourhood during NYE ! Especially we were with two small kids! Parking was good

It was very central. The area is very lively at night and fun to go out.

Unfortunately, there was no ac working in the hot heat. the place smelt of drainage and the towels were all damp. Therefore, it wasn't for us.

Charming apprtment

Everithing was good

A lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, little outdoor seating area and Monica who is very nice host. Also the location is close to the touristic heart of Catania but still in a local area so one can also see the real Catania. Plenty of free parking is also available in front of the door.

Stairs to the two bedrooms in the first floor are quite steep, no problem for us but could be difficult for other people. Noise isolation between ground floor and upstairs floor is not the best.
