Location is good. Apartment is clean.

I have travelled over 25 countries in the last decade and stayed in so many places. I have never witnessed a host treat a guest as badly as Lola did to my wife and I. Just before we were about to leave, my wife used the bathroom and she noticed the flush press mechanism was a bit loose and not working. So she put the loose external pieces (the chrome plastic thing) aside and was able to flush. While coming out, she forgot to tell the host that there was a problem. All she needed was to put the facade chrome pieces back in place. When we left the apartment and were on our way, Lola called us and started yelling. So I told her that we will come back and if there is a problem, we will resolve it and I even offered to pay for it. We drove back right away only to listen to her rant for 5 minutes straight without letting us speak. This is despite me offering several times to pay for whatever damage she claims there is. After we waited painfully for her to finish, when I tried explaining, she started yelling again saying I was loud and went on a rant again saying how good a host she is. She told me to "shut up" 4 times. In the end, she said - give me 50 euros now and threatened to call someone if we don't. Given we are in a foreign country and have to get to the next location, I just gave her 50 euros and she immediately left without even acknowledging us. She extorted money from a guest. I come from a customer facing business where the customer is always right even when they are in the wrong. In this case, I did not want Lola to suffer and I offered to pay for any damage as no small business owner should suffer. Still she mistreated us so badly.  I believe in good karma and even when I have to leave constructive feedback, I give a rating of 9 to 10. If she had done things in a cordial fashion, she would have gotten a 9. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The parking is really narrow.

Very good location!

The host met us by the entrance to the parking garage and guided us to the parking spot. Incredible narrow garage. Just possible to navigate a medium car down. But that is not unusual for spanish garages. The appartement is close to the city center but still i a quiet area. Dia-shop just outside. Excellent central air condition.

Be aware that a deposit of 100 EUR in cash is required when you arrive. There is no oven in the kitchen and the cutlery is sparse.

The apartment was in a nice area and had a grocery store next door. It was very clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was lovely after a day out sightseeing in the sun. Our host was very helpful with showing us where to park our car and welcoming us. There were taxis near to the apartment which were easy and inexpensive to get to the Alhambra.

The apartment is facing towards some tennis yards. You can hear the knocks until 23 pm.

This is our first time in Granada. The beauty of the historical part of the city and off course the Palace Alhambra was an amazing adventure for us. The apartment we booked, with all the facilities, clean, the location close to all the restaurants, shops and the amazing Cathedral was top. Our communication with our host, from beginning to the end was optima forma. She also took the time to explain and advise us were to go. For sure our next visit to Granada, we will be book this apartment again!!
