Geen balcon, terwijl dat wel op de foto stond. Heel ander uitzicht ( geen mooi uitzicht op een werkende werf) keukentje heel slecht en vies en klein. Niet eens een theedoek, handdoek of fatsoenlijke pannen. Konden pas na Half 4 erin, deze zal ik niemand aanraden

La atención telefónica estupenda. La predisposición por poder antes de hora también fue maravillosa, ya que teníamos una visita concertada y pedimos el favor de dejar la maleta, aunque al final tuvimos que demorar nuestra llegada por complicaciones de última hora.

Que no hubiera televisión en el dormitorio, aunque sí en el salón. El inodoro y la ducha aunque está separados por un cristal están demasiado integrados en dormitorio lo que resta un poco de intimidad y tranquilidad.

Ondanks dat we eigenlijk te vroeg waren voor het inchecken was onze kamer al klaar en konden we er intrekken. Zeer ruim appartement, volledig op maat voor bv een rolstoel of een minder mobiele persoon. Zeer ruime living, meer dan voldoende ruimte om je spullen netjes weg te zetten. Heel fijn appartement en zeer fijne hosts. Ideale ligging vlak bij het centrum

De indeling van de douche naast het bed, zonder dat je deze volledig kon afsluiten was wat vreemd, maar vermoedelijk zo gemaakt om met een persoon met een handicap te kunnen douchen. De matras van het bed was niet helemaal ideaal voor mijn rug, maar dat is voor iedereen anders.

The apartment is centrally located without much noise from the shopping streets around. The place is bigger than expected and very well equipped for cooking. Bathrooms & kitchen were clean. Bedroom is dark and quiet for a good night sleep.

The sheets in the bed were not clean: I reported to the owner early in the first evening that there were many (+20) hairs between the sheets and I asked friendly for new sheets. After very smooth communications that day, they did not respond any more that evening and delivered the new sheets only the next night without replacing them for me. I think an issue like this should be fixed the same day and in no instance I thought I would have to change the bed myself in this price range. I didn't appreciate this at all, this should be done by the cleaning staff. This determined the lower score. Additional advice: providing soap for the washing machine would be a nice plus.

La ubicación

El agua caliente no dura ni una ducha de 10 minutos, el aire acondicionado dejaba de funcionar a veces, el champú y el gel estaban vacíos, a el patio entraba agua y habían goteras. También destacar la atención que recibimos fue pésima porque no nos avisaron la hora de hacer el check-out y a dos horas de irnos fue cuando nos aviso, y diciendo también que si lo alargábamos se cobraría un suplemento de 50€. Y para colmo nos dijo que el check-out era a las 11 de la mañana y luego vimos en unos papeles que era a las 12 de la mañana. La verdad que la atención recibida no fue nada buena, si volvemos a granada no volvería a este alojamiento.
